The Great American Beer Festival 2017

Myself, Martyn and Brian got a wild hair this year and decided to find out what all the buzz was with the Great American Beer Festival in Denver. With lodging secured at "Chez Gilmour," we explored some wonderful local watering holes with a range of beers and styles that rocked my brain pan. We also had a free day to drive up in the mountains (Estes Park) have a few beers, take some pictures and learn how to survive without oxygen. We spent two days at the festival itself with our trusty scribe "Murray" keeping track of all the beers we were drinking. Saturday (the last day of the festival) was a real thrill as Denise, Kendra and Kendra's friend Kelsey joined us at the festival. After the festival we were treated to a couple of interesting brewpubs in the Rino district. Four days was just not enough time, we will need to fix that for future visits.
